The activities of our service team focus primarily on:

repairs of machine tools - conventional and CNC console milling machines, gantry milling machines, horizontal boring machines, lathes, vertical lathes, grinding machines, centre-less grinding machines, flat surface grinding machines, radial drilling machines, rotary drilling machines, shaping machines, planning machines, broaching machines, machining centres, milling centres, lathing centres, multi-spindle automatic lathes;
repairs of forming machinery – hydraulic presses, eccentric presses, brake presses, punching presses, bending machines, metal cutting shears;
repairs of cutting machines – band saws, circular saws, longitudinal and transverse cutting lines  
repairs of injection moulding machines and thermoforming lines
and on the repairs of special purpose machines and assembly lines in the electronics, food, paper and automotive industries.  
The diagnostics and repairs process depends on the availability of documentation, spare parts and special fixtures and diagnostic tools when needed. 
 

Overhauls are usually implemented as follows:

Transportation of the machinery from the customer to our shopfloor
Dismounting all units of machinery and their parts
Degreasing and cleaning the disassembled parts
Assessment of the level of their wear and the determination of technological procedures to repair and refurbish them
Repairing and refurbishing the worn parts and the manufacture of new parts
Purchase of new standard parts
Exchange of electronic equipment
Complementing the machinery with new security features
Assembly of machinery and application of new surface finish
Adjustment of machinery and measuring its performance and accuracy
Transport of the machinery to the customer, installation, commissioning and staff training
Handing over the documentation, initial inspection report, the declaration of conformity and instructions for operation and maintenance

When modernizing machine tools, usually the following elements are added, depending on the type of machinery and on customer requirements:

Addition of digital measurement
Addition of separate drives to individual axes or exchange of outdated drives for modern, more powerful and more reliable ones
Exchange of trapezoidal screws for ball screws
Addition of central lubrication
Addition of control system or replacement with modern and more user friendly systems
Addition of casings and security systems
Addition of automatic tool clamping or of a tool changer with automatic change
Addition of automatic workpiece change
Addition of another controlled axe
Addition of workpiece or tool sensor
Addition of diagnostics and monitoring the technical condition of machinery
